Hello, qathet/Powell River

It is with great privilege to share my passion for holistic health and wellness with you.

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with over a decade of experience, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to uncover the root causes of imbalance and achieve lasting vitality. My approach is compassionate, tailored, and grounded in the belief that true wellness is about nourishing every aspect of your being: body, mind, and spirit.

I specialize in hormone health, including support through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause, as well as childhood nutrition, with a focus on supporting neurodivergent children and adults, as well as those dealing with eating disorders. Additionally, I work with individuals managing a range of health challenges, such as autoimmune conditions, digestive imbalances like IBS and SIBO, mood disorders linked to gut health, and skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. Whether navigating chronic fatigue, brain fog, or sleep disturbances, each client’s journey is unique. I take pride in creating personalized strategies that are both practical and empowering, aimed at restoring balance and supporting long-term wellness.

To me, health is a journey of connection with your body, your environment, and your potential. Symptoms are not roadblocks but invitations to understand what your body needs to thrive. My role is to guide and support you as we work together to restore balance and build a foundation for lifelong wellness.

Recently, my family and I moved to qathet, drawn by its breathtaking natural beauty and the sense of community here. My husband and I feel incredibly grateful to raise our two children in a place where the ocean and forest meet, offering endless opportunities

to explore, connect, and grow. We also feel deeply privileged to reside and work with appreciation on the ancestral lands and traditional territory of the Tla'amin Nation (ʔayʔaǰuθəm). This incredible place inspires us to live in greater harmony with nature, ourselves, and each other.

In addition to working with clients, I love sharing my knowledge through workshops and talks, creating nourishing recipes, and exploring the stunning nature of qathet. Whether hiking forest trails, practising Pilates, or spending time with loved ones, I find joy in the simple yet profound ways we can nurture ourselves.

I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your wellness story. Together, we can take meaningful steps towards a healthier, more vibrant you.
